Is canoeing with dogs possible?
Paddling with dogs in a canoe usually works without any problems. However, the prerequisite is that the dog feels comfortable on the water. If he feels safe, there's nothing wrong with a canoe trip together, as the surroundings and the canoe are perfectly suited for this adventure.
What type of boat is suitable for canoeing with a dog?
For canoe trips with a dog, a Canadianis particularly recommended, as it offers ample space for any dog. Depending on the dog's size and temperament, however, a Kayak may also be suitable. A dog blanket in the boat ensures that the dog's paws don't slip on the smooth floor during the trip and that it can sit or lie down comfortably.
Are dogs allowed at campsites?

Dogs must generally be kept on a leash at campsites. Similarly, in the Müritz National Park, dogs must always be kept on a leash to protect wildlife. Outside the national park, the usual rules of the respective region apply.
